Max Krippa, the owner of the well-known NAVI team, has received the green light from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to acquire the Parus business center in Kyiv. According to the agreement, Ola Fine LLC, a company owned by Mr. Krippa, will acquire Parus Holding LLC, which has control over the real estate.
This significant real estate transaction is indicative of a strategic shift in the ownership structures of investment assets in Kyiv. Parus Business Center, a Class A business center with a total area of 70 thousand square meters and 33 floors, is located in the most prestigious district of the Ukrainian capital, making it a key target for commercial and investment interests.
According to the YouControl portal, the deal was made between Max Krippa and the former owner of 80% of Parus Holding, Vadym Stolar, who controlled the company through the Genesis fund. Together with his ex-wife, Inna Maistruk, who owns the remaining 20% of the shares through Stream Investment, they successfully completed the deal with Max Krippa.
